Healthy Weight Loss Tips You Need
Do you think you know everything when it comes to weight loss? Big mistake! There is always something more to be learned as I’m about to show you. The healthy weight loss tips I’m going to show you came from years of experimentation and struggle with my own weight. So if there’s anything here you don’t know already, pay close attention.
The main thing is to stay healthy when you are in a program and then integrate that program into your life so it isn’t just something you do when your weight is out of control. Instead let it be the way you live and let it dictate the choices you make.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips: 1.Fasting-A fast can be a great resource as it flushes the body of toxins and regulates your system. You can do a juice fast, a water fast or a light fast with fruit.Just remember you don’t want to punish yourself and everyone around you by taking it too far. Those who are diabetic, pre-diabetic or hypoglycemic should know this
is not for you. If you have a health condition then a fast should be supervised.2.Avoiding soda/diet soda-This is a contributor in osteoperosis. Carbonation can block the absorption of calcium and so these are a no-no to begin with. The thing is they don’t actually help you lose and are just another unhealthy habit that in the long run can make you gain weight.Healthy weight loss is also about nutrition.
3.Eat a large salad- every day with every color vegetable you can think of. You need nutrition first to regulate the system and reduce cravings.
4.Stay away from msg-This is a serious mistake to consume and it is a cancer causing agent. Monosodium glutamate is in everything including soups you buy that are so called “healthy” products.This is just another product that will slow down the metabolism by filling you full of toxins.
5.Go walk now!-(As soon as you finish my article of course…) I preach this one non-stop to anyone who will listen but it will change your shape quickly with very little effort. An hour will do the trick.Take a walkman and dream about your favorite lost love and the time will pass…I can’t say enough about this weight loss tip.
6.Stay away from High Fructose corn syrup- Another culprit that pollutes the body and slows down the metabolism. Go to your pantry and check how many items have this as an ingredient, it’s staggering.
7.Law of attraction-I say this constantly. Use this spiritual law to your advantage by thinking you have a successful weight loss already and you will bring it into reality.

9.Weather- Obviously one healthy weight loss tip that is invaluable is what to do if it’s too cold or too hot to excercise outdoors. If it’s ten below zero or one hundred degrees people tend to shy away from working on their health or they put it off one more day. The way around this is right in front of you. If you don’t own any cardio equipment don’t stress just use the stairs in your own home. Or if you don’t have steps but you have an indoor mall in your area show up early before the shops open and try walking a mile or so around the levels.Simply brainstorm and use what’s available to you.
10.Don’t quit!- Are you a born quitter George Castanza? The answer is absolutely not.Successful people all have one thing in common and that is that they are relentless and never give up.If you screw up get back on the horse and keep doing this until you break through.If this healthy weight loss tip is not engrained in your subconsious you are prone to failure. Make sure you keep trying no matter what!
