How I Improved My Vertical Leap In Days

Run and jump higher and faster by improving your vertical leap. The best athletes all seem to run faster and leap higher than the competition.

It’s a proven fact, improve your vertical leap and you improve your overall game. But how can you do this?

There are a few things that I did to improve my vertical leap that you can do also. Nothing special about me at all. I just used a few little exercises and they worked.

The first thing you should do is practice jumping. Your body must get in the habit of jumping. You can do this by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and leaping high as you can repeatedly.

This may seem boring and strenuous but your body will grow accustomed to it in about a week and you will see an increase in your vertical that week.

This will be because of the growth of key muscles that contribute to your vertical leap, that being the thigh and calf muscles as well as muscles in the chest and shoulders that many fail t

o realize help increase jumping ability as well.

Also make it a regular exercise routine of doing short, bouncy jumps, jumps that resemble jumping rope without the jump rope. These jumps build fibers in the calf muscles and ankles that play a major part in increase your vertical leap.

You can jump higher. No athlete is not capable of being able to slam dunk a basketball or spike a volleyball with ease.
